The PRODUCTIVE INCLUSION ACTIVITY aims to spread courses in the Cultural Center to grant professional formation to our students in bakery and other food services, emphasizing the production of breads, cakes and desserts, allowing them to access employment. In “Learning: the treasure within; report to UNESCO of the International Commission on Education for the Twenty-first Century”, Jacques Delors says that “The concept of learning throughout life is the key that gives access to the twenty- first century” and gives four main dimensions:

  • Learn to be;
  • Learn to coexist;
  • Learn to do;
  • Learn to learn.

Based on these principles, we act. Our Project follows the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Therefore, we have the comprehension that the young have their personality in development and are capable of be active in their life decisions processes.
